MDUSD Science Fair Welcome!

 All of the Science Forms and Resources are  posted below as well as on the MDUSD teacher and administrator Wiki.

• If hard copies are preferred, please make copies and distribute as appropriate. Note that the SITE Science Fair will occur before the District Science Fair on March 7, 2015.
• Grade 3-5 teachers that are participating  will need to identify SIX students per site to send to District Science Fair.
•  Please collect the completed Science Fair DISTRICT application form from the selected students and send via email or pony no later than February 27, 2015 by 4 pm, this is the absolute deadline to:
• Jan Robertson , Science Teacher on Special Assignment, at robertsonj@mdusd.org , Willow Creek Center phone 682-8000 ext. 6282

• We request that each participating site recruit two parents or staff members to volunteer as advisors. Please have them complete the "Interest Form:  ADULT ADVISOR" below and send it to Jan as well.
